Great deal for petite women I usually wear the north face XS size, but the girl's medium size vest fit very well. Usually, buying girl's size are not good due to very short sleve length, but since you don't have to worry about that with the vest it is good deal. Plus, women's XS vests are little too big around my trunk and shoulders.
