A fully realized mountain boot meticulously rendered in the Merrell manner- tough, durable, powerful and ready to face off with demanding conditions and bouy up a heavy load. Waterproof top grain leather upper is cut close to eliminate bulk and matched to an In-Board™ construction that internalizes the EVA footframe and integrated stiffened insole. The Vibram® Hiker™ Sole recruits Trek and Super Trek rubber for grip and braking even at full-throttle wilderness speeds.

End uses: Backpacking with a medium to heavy load (35+ lbs) on long and tough trails. Best worn with mid-weight hiking socks or a combination of light liner with mid-weight sock.
