Impervious to wind and very warm without being bulky. I wore this jacket to Arapahoe Basin where there were 40 MPH winds at close to 14,000 feet elevation. Wind chill was -25 deg F, but I was not cold at all and could only feel the wind on the outside. A really great jacket for the money.
