It will stop the wind! Perfect for mild weather, but works great when zipped-in other North Face jackets. The WindStopper really works, and this coat is definately light weight. If you're going to mate it with another North Face parka, definately make sure the two are the same size, but if you plan on wearing this fleece by itself without too-many layers underneath, you may want to go a size smaller than normal. My only complaint is that it seems a little more 'roomy' than I'd expect for a large (although it zips fine into my large-sized Mountain Light GTX). (I'm 6'2" 190lbs.)

pamir This jacket was the perfect decision for my boyfriends Christmas present. He had always wanted a North Face so it was up to me to decide what I wanted him to wear. It was a great choice, it looks great, he absolutely loved it, and it looks alot better on him that I believe the others would have!
