Excellent, Must Have For Any Trip I won mine for free at REI during one of their events. This is an awsome water pump. Its very compact, and fills your Nalgene bottle in no time. It's easy to disassemble and reassemble for cleaning. I've taken it with me when I goto primitive canoe campsites where the only water is from the river. Gives great tasting water, even from swamp water.

The perfect filter I've owned two other water filters before this one. No question in my mind this is the filter to buy. The filter element has lasted me 2 years of heavy use and I still don't need to replace it. The others lasted me barely 4 months. The ease of pumping and ability to attach to a Nalgene or hydro pack make the process simple, instead of akward like the others. Excellent rate of flow,it removes all of the nasties, lightweight, simple maintenance, I have no complaints whatsoever.
