We exchanged both pairs for the next smaller sizes. The gloves are lightweight and touted as universal so they can be used for paddling, rowing or even biking although I question the padding location for Kayak paddling. Ordered the gloves for both my wife and myself according to the size chart. The gloves fit OK although they were somewhat loose so we exchanged both pairs for the next smaller sizes which fit perfectly.
