A 'JUST FAIR HAT' I don't like the 'hold-on cord". I plan to cut it so I can tie in place. The inner band does not stay in place For its price, it is only average.

very nice I've had the hat for a little over a week now, and it's been great. I was a little concerned that the XL might fit too snug, but it's pretty much spot on, and the drawcord adjustment on the back of the hat allows for some fine tuning. The brim offers good coverage all around, and the chin cord is easily removed (or just flipped to the top of the hat) if you don't need it. Excellent hat for the money; i'm picking up a second one for my dad.
