Read Description Carefully, and Proceed with Caution My first piece of advice is to take your time shopping for swimsuits online. I bought this suit quickly in a panic before leaving for my vacation. The first surprise for me was that "Athletic, adjustable crossover straps" tied in the back. When I first put the suit on, I thought this feature was genius. I have a long torso and the adjustable straps allowed me to accommodate for the lack of length in the suit. I now see the description above states "Updated styling includes a longer torso length and slightly lowered legs" I still needed a longer torso. Back to those straps, I admit I am not the most athletic wearer of Patagonia swimwear and the straps came undone when I was just playing in the waves. Also when the straps are securely knotted, and you just want to sit on the beach, well there is this large knot poking into your back. My other gripe is with the "front shelf bra with sewn-in cups." This did not work for me at all. I am just an A cup, and I seriously considered cutting this out of the suit. It just gets in the way, doesn't lay right, and the fact that the suit has an open back, I don't know how it would provide any support to any woman regardless of cup size. And lastly, the "Mineral Springs" blue color is not as bright, turquoise as it appears online. It is more a dusty, turquoise blue.
