A blended upper of split suede leather, synthetic leather, and water resistant textile is lined with waterproof breathable GORE-TEX® membrane in a full bootie construction for premium foot protection. This lightweight design also incorporates a gusseted tongue to enhance water tightness. A die-cut EVA sockliner and molded midsole combine for optimum cushion, while a textile lining enhances comfort. The non-marking Contagrip® outsole provides exceptional and durable traction for all-terrain confidence.

Light and comfy After hiking the past two weekends with the Rivertrek Mid GTX, I look forward to wearing these shoes. I'm very impressed with the traction and all around stability. They are very lightweight, breathable, and fun to wear all day.

Incredible boot I rarely wear a hiking boot, preferring high-end shoes instead for their weight and comfort. But I needed waterproof boots for a 3-week adventure on the Yukon River, hiking in wet conditions near the Arctic circle and muddy conditions north of Vancouver, B.C. These boots were the lightest I have ever worn. They were also very flexible and super comfortable, which is critical for me, since I am a pro photographer. And they stayed dry while others complained of wet feet.
