Very tasty! The energy bars and protein bars are some of the best I have tasted. I am saving the gels for a 20 mile run I have coming up. I think the energy bars are some of the best I have tasted. I love the fact they are sweetened with honey and not man made stuff!

Similar opinion to Anonymous 09-04 The after bar seemed very hard and I did not eat it on the trail, the goo was like honey, the before bars were good.

Tasty Sampler The "before" energy bars are very good, especially the chocolate one. Love the texture and how it tastes like a candy bar. One problem, it melts easily! This makes it messy to eat, and when you are out on the trail it is hard to clean your hands if you are not near water. The "after" bars are pretty high calorie... around 350 which is a lot, especially when you can get the same amount of protein for a lot less with a protein shake. The "during" goo is like pure honey. Overall good, but not the best. However the electrolyte chews by the same brand rocks!!! Now those are easy to take on the trail and eat, taste great and are not messy.
