Great for Yoga These pants are great for yoga, mat pilates, and light weight training. They allow for free movement, but don't look sloppy like sweat pants. The wide band at the waist is flattering and keeps them in place without cinching too tight. I usually wear size 6-8, and the medium fit great. Have only washed them once and they look good so far. But I'm waiting to see how they hold their shape in the long run.
