wonderful jacket - terrific customer experience The Timeless Jacket is terrific. My granddaughter is loving wearing it - very stylish, cozy, and sweet. As wonderful as the jacket is, equally wonderful is the staff at Altrec. The value and embodiment of superb customer service was unique.
