Great for anyone who hates to shop All the right features. Fits well. Perfect to get for someone who needs new gear and won't go buy it for himself. Smart, thoughtful details, like one pocket just with velcro for easy access and one pocket with velcro and zipper for stuff you don't dare lose. Very light, very waterproof, but not too hot.
