They do what they're supposed to I had heard great things about these tights but had always balked at spending more than I usually spend on tights. I finally caved in when the weather turned cold and I thought I need to wear my knee braces when I ran road races. They worked really well. My knees didn't hurt and they were very comfortable though the weather was cold and misty. It is a little more difficult to wriggle into these since they're meant to be snug--but the result is worth it.

I love these! These feel great and are warm enough for almost any winter running. You feel like a million bucks, even after a long run!!
