Soft & Cozy I'm 5'11/135 and I got these in black, size large. I had a size medium, but I wanted something a little more loose with a little extra length, so exchanged for a large. The medium actually fit perfectly, but was more snug than I preferred. These are pretty basic sweatpants - nothing fancy - but they are comfortable, cute, and I like the way they fit.
