Decent Cold Weather Running Jacket I bought this for winter running. It's not nearly as breathable as a few thin layers are, but it allows you to go down to much colder temperatures when used as an outer shell. There are two side pockets and a breast pocket that can be unzipped to get greater ventilation.

Sizing an issue I almost always wear a Men's Large and this one was pretty snug. Might be viable for highly athletic endeavors but for casual wear it was too small for my taste.
