This super comfortable sleeping pad is 2 cm thicker than the DownMat 7 and is temperature rated to -36° F. The built-in pump allows for easy inflation after you arrive in camp. The DownMat 9 is built with 700 fill down insulation inside to create an extremely insulative backcountry pad. Very compressible and lightweight, the DownMat packs super small in comparison to other insulated mats and reduces the bulk you would expect with some much warmth. With the DownMat 9 you can carry a lighter sleeping bag, reducing bulk and weight, while experiencing the same level of warmth.
