The Destroyer Jacket is very similar to Spyder's Avenger Jacket, but this design offers an attached hood and none of the padding along the elbows and shoulders (some parents like the padding for slopes, but find that it's a little bulky for kids who want to wear their ski jackets to school and other places below the snowline). Because kids have smaller body cores than most adults, the Kid's Destroyer Jacket has denser layers of ThermaWeb insulation throughout the sleeves and torso area than other Spyder adult-sized jackets. This helps optimize your child's comfort and protection against the cold--and hopefully that means you'll spend more time having fun outside this season.
